盼（杨盼盼 饰）和丽（李赛凤 饰），两名高级警官，她们的感情深厚，并将丽的父亲三柴枫视为亲人。她们一起合作侦查一个犯罪团伙，但在一场警匪混战中，虽然成功击杀了一些匪徒，却泄露了警方卧底的身份。这一事件引发了犯罪集团首脑大家姐的注意，她派遣杀手飞和威来杀害卧底。
飞试图杀死卧底，但却在与丽的交火中失手，结果被丽击杀。威获悉这一消息后，决定为飞报仇。他绑架了丽的妹妹安娜，迫使丽和三柴枫去拯救她。然而，在这次营救行动中，三柴枫和安娜最终不幸被威杀害，丽也未能幸免，最终在医院遭到威的袭击。盼目睹了他的好友为正义而付出如此巨大的代价，感到深深的悲伤和愤怒。他发誓要找到威，进行一场决一死战。在一场激烈的大战之后，盼最终成功杀死了威，为丽一家报了仇。
