前台球世界冠军谢双丰（怪兽饰）十年前遭受重大打击，一蹶不振的他褪去曾经的名利光环，去乡下卖烧酒鸡，过着生存以上生活以下的日子。十年后，侄女小香（黄姵嘉饰）的父母相继过世，家中负债累累，仅以维生的台球馆面临倒闭，也陷入了人生困局。叔叔谢双丰意外重回她身边，她的乐观进取让谢双丰不再颓废、邋遢，并找回心中尚未崩坏的地方。直面逆境后谢双丰决定与小香共同开启第二人生，以教练身份认真开发她超高的台球天赋，以便拿下高额奖金还债。但中途霸道残忍的债主许哲勇（王识贤饰）苦苦相逼，叔侄俩只能并肩站上残酷的台球竞技场，直面世界顶尖台球好手及现今世界球王的生死挑战……
