《蜩之记》剧情简介
德川幕府统治下的江户时代，位于丰后的羽根藩内，青年武士檀野庄三郎（冈田准一 饰）和友人因为小事起了争执，继而拔刀伤及对方。家老中根兵右卫门（串田和美 饰）赦免他的死罪，转而命其监视住在城外小山村的武士户田秋谷（役所广司 饰）的动向。户田曾担任郡奉行，与家老是儿时好友。七年前他涉嫌和藩主的侧室（寺岛忍 饰）通奸而被问罪，由于秋谷一直负责撰写羽根藩家谱，因此藩主命其在十年内完成家谱的编写，并于完工之日切腹自杀。抱着种种疑惑，庄三郎见到了淡定自若的秋谷及其妻子织江（原田美枝子 饰）、女儿薰（堀北真希 饰）以及少年武士郁太郎（吉田晴登 饰）。相处的过程中，庄三郎渐渐被秋谷的人格所感染，他在调查七年前的事件时，则发现了一些被人刻意隐瞒的真相……
本片根据作家叶室麟的作品《秋蜩》改编。
