《女司机》剧情简介
新中国成立后，我国组建了第一支火车女司机培训队，学员来自祖国各地。她们的教练、老司机陆师傅（苏绘 饰）重男轻女，不认为这帮整天叽叽喳渣的妇女能成什么气侯。孙桂兰（舒绣文 饰）自幼没上过多少学，学习很吃力，领导上派小张（叶小珠 饰）帮助她。好强的冯小梅（赵抒音 饰）决心向孙桂兰发起挑战，虚心的孙桂兰欣然应允。结果在机车检查分组比赛中，冯小梅拉了全组后腿，孙桂兰则大获全胜。后来，冯小梅在驾车路考中突发意外，孙桂兰沉着冷静地排除了险情。通过耳闻目睹，冯小梅和陆师傅各自检讨了自身的不良思想和错误。不久后，她们成长为合格的女司机......
