高中生大洋同好友田口和小林一起前往海边度过漫长的暑假，他们原本准备居住在田口家位于海边的别墅内，没想到却在刚刚抵达之时就将钥匙弄丢了这下可好，三名少年落得了一个无家可归的境地。就在三人百无聊赖的躺在海滩上之际，走来了一个名为杜克河原的男人。河原经营着一间冲浪用品商店，善良的他收留了没地方去的三名少年，作为报答，三个男孩要帮助河原打扫以及管理店铺。某日，在店内，大洋邂逅了名为茱莉亚的美丽少女，和大洋一样，茱莉亚也热爱着冲浪。相同的年龄，相似的爱好让两个年轻人很快就走到了一起。
