谷峰是夜总会老板，叫称老大，老二（何家驹饰）动脑筋向老大要些什么，叫老大签字，老大不签，动下杀机，一日，来一班枪手将老大杀死，老大契仔（徐宝麟饰）大哭，说给自己人弄死的，要报此仇，契仔暗中调查，果然是老二和老三（沈威饰）勾结合力将老大谷杀死，契仔最后将老二，老三连续杀死，他自己也被扣查办。
